50 – 100 Holmers Farm Way
On behalf of Legal and General, we invite you to a community drop-in event to discuss the proposals for the redevelopment of 50-100 Holmers Farm Way. The site is currently occupied by Johnson & Johnson, who have decided to relocate their operations to the new Tempo building in Maidenhead. As a result, the building will become vacant in 2026.
We are consulting on proposals to deliver a highly sustainable and modern industrial/warehouse/logistics scheme ensuring the site remains a key employment site in the area.
The proposals
Generate new employment opportunities
supporting local economic growth and skills development.
Transform an under-utilised, well connected site into a productive industrial and logistics hub.
Attract and retain businesses that contribute to the area’s prosperity.
Create a scheme that sensitively responds to the local environment.
Deliver an all-electric development that
is free of fossil fuels targeting net zero
carbon once operational.
Public consultation
We recently held a drop-in event where members of the project team shared the emerging proposals and answered any questions from the local community. If you were unable to attend a copy of the information is available below.
